Zusammenfassung

Parsons is seeking an experienced HS&E Lead to support Riyadh projects, ensuring safe, compliant and environmentally responsible operations. You will lead in safety program implementation, conduct audits, and guide investigations and risk controls across multidisciplinary teams.

You will represent SH&E in regulatory inspections and client reviews, mentoring junior staff and driving continuous safety improvements in a high-risk construction environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional HSE experience.
• Advanced knowledge of occupational safety regulations and reporting procedures.
• Strong understanding of industry safety standards and best practices (ANSI, NFPA).
• Proven experience conducting workplace safety audits and site inspections.
• Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Experience supporting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Lead SH&E program implementation and compliance across projects.
• Advise management on implementing and maintaining safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Ensure SH&E activities comply with policies, client requirements, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance on ESHARP management system.
• Support project personnel in applying safety policies and requirements.
• Review project activities to identify compliance concerns and actions.
• Provide SH&E expertise during project planning and execution.
• Support SH&E Manager/Director in safety objectives and requirements.
• Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance.
• Assess application of safety standards and best practices.
• Perform site inspections to identify hazards and risks.
• Recommend corrective and preventive measures to reduce risks.
• Prepare inspection reports, findings, and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with managers, supervisors, and contractors to address safety concerns.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents and conduct root cause analyses.
• Prepare incident investigation reports and documentation.
• Communicate lessons learned to project teams to prevent recurrence.
