Job summary

Parsons is seeking an HSE Specialist - Project Safety in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support major infrastructure projects. You will implement SH&E programs, conduct site inspections and audits, and help drive safety compliance across active sites.

The role requires a Saudi National with at least 5 years of HSE experience, strong knowledge of safety regulations, and proven training delivery, incident investigation, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Saudi National candidate is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental or SH&E roles.
• Working knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and reporting procedures.
• Experience delivering safety training, employee orientations, toolbox talks, and workforce awareness programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project or Program Manager in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental programs across project sites.
• Support the administration and execution of site-specific SH&E plans in line with project, client, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project and worksite audits to verify compliance with corporate standards, policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
• Perform regular workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, environmental risks, and compliance gaps.
• Provide practical recommendations to eliminate or control safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, audit reports, safety observations, and corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor project planning and work execution to ensure activities comply with Parsons SH&E program requirements.
• Assist with incident investigations and help track corrective and preventive actions through closure.
