Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a safety-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, roads, bridges, and large civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE implementation for roads, civil works, highways, bridges, structures, drainage, tunnels, culverts, earthworks, and temporary works.
• Develop project-specific HSE plans, objectives, KPIs, procedures, and site control measures aligned with policies and client standards.
• Provide visible HSE leadership on site and promote a proactive safety culture across project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate risk assessments, job safety analyses, and job hazard analyses for high-risk activities.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and high-potential events and implement corrective actions.
