Job summary

Parsons is seeking an HSE Manager for its construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead health, safety, and environmental management efforts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while managing multidisciplinary teams and contractor operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and design environments.
• Proven experience managing large Design & Build construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSE teams, ensuring compliance with project safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee contractor activities across multidisciplinary construction operations.
• Implement and monitor project-specific HSE management systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor safety performance using digital reporting tools.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
• Deliver HSE training programs for staff, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety policies.
• Monitor risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across project activities.
• Support reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of HSE practices.
• Act as deputy to senior leadership when required.
