Job summary

Sacoor Brothers is hiring a Senior HR Specialist to lead recruitment and HR compliance for our stores and office in Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end recruitment, maintain full Saudi Labour Law compliance, and work with our regional HR team in Dubai.

The role requires strong knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem and a Saudi-national preference is noted. You will collaborate with store managers and regional colleagues to foster a high-engagement, compliant, people-first culture, shaping

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong recruitment experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, including 2025 changes.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM or PHRi is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for Sacoor Brothers in Saudi Arabia, owning recruitment and HR compliance.
• Run end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Keep the company compliant with Saudi Labour Law and MHRSD rules.
• Manage Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem processes end-to-end.
• Support Saudisation goals and report on progress.
• Manage contracts, employee files, leave and exits.
• Collaborate with store and office managers as the HR contact.
• Improve engagement and retain talent across multi-store operations.

We’re looking for a Senior HR Specialist to lead HR for our team in Saudi Arabia. You’ll own recruitment and HR compliance in the Kingdom, and be the go-to HR person for our stores and office. You’ll have real ownership, with direct support from our regional HR team in Dubai.

What you will do

• Hire great people for our stores and office, and grow a strong pool of Saudi talent
• Run recruitment end to end, from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding
• Keep us fully compliant with Saudi Labour Law and MHRSD rules
• Manage Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem from start to finish
• Support our Saudisation (Nitaqat) goals and report on progress
• Manage contracts, employee files, leave and exits
• Work with managers and staff as their trusted HR contact
• Improve engagement and help build a team where people feel valued and want to stay

What you will bring

• 5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong recruitment experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, including the 2025 changes
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem
• Retail or multi-store experience (big plus)
• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM or PHRi (strong plus)
• Fluent Arabic and English
• A warm, people-first style, and the confidence to work on your own
