Job summary

Dr. Scent is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist in Riyadh to lead HR operations and manage the full employee lifecycle across our Saudi Arabia operations. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Responsibilities include developing HR policies, KPIs, metrics, and training matrices; coaching managers; and creating dashboards to support decisions. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in developing KPIs, HR metrics, skills matrices, and training matrices.
• Experience in planning and evaluating training programs.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and end-of-service.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and support workforce planning.
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and organizational processes.
• Design and implement KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and competency frameworks.
• Develop HR metrics and dashboards to measure workforce performance and support decision-making.
• Create and maintain skills matrices, training matrices, and succession plans.
• Identify training needs, develop annual training plans, coordinate internal and external training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.
