Job summary

Confidential in Al Khobar seeks a Senior HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to manage daily HR operations and payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.

You will handle contracts, Saudization, government platform transactions (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem), and ERP/HRS systems integration while coordinating training and site visits for records audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and payroll.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, and HR compliance.
• Experience with Saudi government platforms and HR transactions.
• Experience using ERP or HRIS systems.
• Strong Excel, data entry, reporting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and payroll tasks.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Process contracts, renewals, amendments, and documentation.
• Manage Saudization records and related reporting.
• Assist in monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, and leave settlements.
• Update employee information in ERP/HRIS and HR systems.
• Process HR transactions via Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and similar platforms.
• Assist with labor disputes and prepare supporting documentation.
• Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.
• Conduct site visits to audit HR records and compliance.
• Assist with investigations and disciplinary documentation.
• Apply HR policies and update related documentation.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and maintain file integrity.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and project teams on routine HR/payroll matters.
