Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery SGR in Riyadh is seeking an HR Operation Specialist to manage employee lifecycle transactions and ensure regulatory compliance for our refinery and corporate workforce.

You will handle payroll data validation, government platform updates (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem), GOSI submissions, and HRIS onboarding/offboarding, supporting the HR Operation Manager.

The role focuses on data integrity, timely payroll processing, and adherence to Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience managing Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI platforms for employee transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, wage protection systems, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion and adhere to data privacy standards.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required to manage government platforms and employee communications.
• Experience supporting industrial or plant environments with shift-based workforce structures is preferred.
• Nice-to-have: experience in mining/manufacturing/industrial sectors; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Cloud; exposure to audits; knowledge of Nitaqat Saudization; CIPD or SHRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll data validation and processing for accurate monthly payroll.
• Manage government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem) for hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Submit monthly GOSI subscription files and verify contributions.
• Process new hires in the HRIS and manage offboarding including final settlements.
• Maintain digital and physical personnel files for audits and compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, leaves, and HR policies.
• Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, and absenteeism.
• Assist in implementing HR policies aligned with Saudi Labor Law.
