Job summary

Al Faris United For Trading Services seeks a proactive Senior HR Coordinator to support HR operations, onboarding, Qiwa administration, Iqama and work permit processes, and employee documentation while ensuring compliance with KSA labour regulations.

The role includes managing HR records, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and coordinating with the government for renewals and payroll-related changes within a robust HRMS ERP system environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations or employee services in KSA.
• Experience with Qiwa, Mudad, WPS, Iqama renewals and work permit support.
• Knowledge of KSA labour regulations and government procedures.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR letters (salary/experience/employment letters).
• Support Iqama renewals, work permits and government requirements.
• Maintain employee records in HRMS ERP and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR operations reports.
• Assist in transfers, travel documents and separation procedures.
