Job summary

Uae Job Alert is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Saudi Arabia to manage Iqama, work permit, and visa processes in line with Saudi regulations. You will ensure renewals, maintain documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders for compliant HR operations.

The role also covers emergency government-service cases, financial transactions, and employee records, supporting smooth operations and timely responses to government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in HR or related field required.
• 2–4 years in HR operations, government relations, or employee services.
• Experience with Saudi government-service processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Iqama Renewal & Compliance: manage renewal processes via Muqeem and maintain tracking sheets.
• Work Permit Management: review and process renewals per Saudi regulations and MHRSD requirements.
• Visa & Exit/Re-Entry Processing: handle ERE visas, extensions, cancellations, and settlements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
