Cigna in Riyadh invites an HR Operations professional to support government relations and administrative activities. You will maintain employee records, process government transactions on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem, and renew work permits and visas as needed.

To support the effective delivery of HR operations government relations and administrative activities in Saudi Arabia The role is responsible for maintaining employee documentation supporting government and regulatory processes coordinating HR administrative activities and ensuring accurate and timely completion of day-to-day operational requirements Manage and follow up on employee-related government transactions in accordance with Saudi requirements Process and monitor transactions through relevant government platforms such as Qiwa GOSI Mudad Muqeem and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development platforms as applicable Support the issuance renewal and cancellation of employee documentation including work permits Iqamas visas exit re-entry visas and other government-related documentation where applicable Monitor expiry dates of government documents and coordinate renewals in a timely manner Support employment contract administration and required updates through Qiwa Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers when required Maintain accurate records of government transactions and supporting documentation Support HR in meeting Saudization and other local employment compliance requirements Escalate potential compliance issues or upcoming deadlines to HR management Coordinate employee information updates and ensure records are maintained accurately Provide employees with guidance on routine HR processes and documentation requirements Support HR with employee data reports and documentation as required
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, government relations, or administration in Saudi Arabia. Practical knowledge of Saudi government HR platforms and processes. Good understanding of Saudi employment administration and government documentation requirements. Strong Arabic and English communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
