• Develops and maintains internal candidates' pipeline for transfer and promotion to ensure fair and quick manpower fulfilment.
• Monitors store employees' compliance with attendance policy to ensure efficient manpower availability.

• Receives, manages and analyzes grievance and complaint and recommends corrective actions to ensure fair treatment for all employees.
