Job summary

THA by ARMONIA seeks a Guest Relations Senior Manager to lead the department across all competition venues in Riyadh for a major international multi-sport event. The role is full-time and on-site, running from ASAP until the end of December 2026, with front-line leadership and direct reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities include building operational plans, staffing, visitor services, escalation handling and cross-functional collaboration with Security, Accreditation and Hospitality

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in guest relations or event management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-venue operations and teams.
• Strong communication, planning and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Relations department across all competition venues.
• Develop and implement operational plans, SOPs and staffing structures.
• Deliver a safe, smooth and welcoming spectator and guest experience.
• Act as senior escalation point for guest complaints and incidents.
• Coordinate with Venue Management, Security, Accreditation and Hospitality.
