Job summary

THA by ARMONIA is seeking an A&D System Manager to own and operate the accreditation system for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will configure system settings, manage permissions, troubleshoot issues and produce reports across all venues from on-site, starting ASAP through the contract end in December 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in events or equivalent with hands-on accreditation/registration systems
• Proven record of maintaining high-volume stakeholder data under tight deadlines
• Own laptop with required software for the role
• Able to start on short notice and remain for full contract period

Responsibilities

• Run the A&D system provided by the Organising Committee as part of the EMS
• Manage permissions, access rights and operational workflows
• Oversee data collection, verification and maintenance of accreditation information
• Coordinate badge information, printing requirements and system integration
• Conduct testing, monitor performance and coordinate issue resolution during the event
• Generate statistics and daily operational reports for management
