Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts is seeking an A&D System Manager to operate the accreditation system for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role runs ASAP through December 2026 and requires hands-on management of the EMS system, data integrity, and live event support.

You will configure permissions, manage workflows, test readiness, and produce essential reports across all venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in events industry or equivalent, including hands-on management of accreditation, registration or event management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage system settings, accreditation categories, user permissions, access privileges and operational workflows in line with approved requirements.
• Oversee registration and accreditation data for all stakeholder groups with emphasis on accuracy and security.
• Coordinate badge information, printing requirements and system integration for badge production and distribution.
• Conduct system testing, validate workflows and ensure full operational readiness before the event.
• Oversee live system operations during the event and generate statistics and daily operational reports.
