Job summary

THA by ARMONIA is seeking an A&D System Manager to lead accreditation operations for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will own the EMS-based accreditation system, manage data accuracy, and coordinate badge production across venues.

The role is hands-on, requiring system configuration, permission management and proactive issue resolution from mobilisation in Riyadh through project completion in December 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in events or equivalent managing accreditation systems.
• Experience with high-volume stakeholder data under deadlines.
• Own laptop with required software.
• Available for full contract ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage system settings, categories, user permissions and workflows.
• Oversee registration and delegation data accuracy and privacy.
• Coordinate badge production and system integration for printing.
• Conduct testing and provide technical support ahead of and during the event.
• Oversee live operations and generate reporting across venues.
