• Complete AP and AR reconciliations and close outstanding items.
• Meet all applicable compliance requirements.

Senior Financial Accountant

Jeddah, KSA — Global Company — SAR 25,000 + Bonus + Benefits

NTS Group is representing a global MNC to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant to be based out of Jeddah, KSA.

• Maintain the management reporting pack that shows the YTD performance for all key financial indicators.
• Monitor the Distributor tracker accounts and establish the correct cost tracking for 2014 and beyond.
• Support the sales budget to ensure there is full visibility of all spend, that it is recorded in the correct buckets and in line with the plan.
• Reconcile the Distributor statement of account on a monthly basis and validate all expenses related.
• Ensure all processes and controls are documented and followed.
• Ensure AP and AR reconciliations are completed and any outstanding items investigated and closed.
• Meet all applicable compliance requirements (i.e. HCC/HCBI/ANTI-CORRUPTION/FCPA/US-GCC/Privacy).

Person Specification

• Minimum 6 years experience
• Chartered accountant
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented and willing to roll up their sleeves
• Excellent Excel skills
• Should be comfortable using the Finance module of an ERP (SAP/Oracle) system
