Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Riyadh region seeks a Senior Design Firms Field Sales Representative II to drive specification leverage with design firms and consultants. You will blend technical depth with relationship-building to influence project specs and convert opportunities into sales.

You will engage early in design phases, present solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape competitive offers while developing a strong pipeline across the Central Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree prerequisite in EE or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in specification, consultant engagement, or business development within the electrical industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV systems, MV systems, BMS, IBT/Smart Building Solutions.
• Proven experience influencing specifications and driving consultant approvals during design stage.
• Understanding of construction, infrastructure, and building projects ecosystem.
• Track record in account development, acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, design firms, and project stakeholders.
• Influence project specifications with technical guidance and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BU to identify opportunities and maximize conversions.
• Support consultants in securing approvals and including Schneider Electric in submittals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to strengthen market position.
• Coordinate with internal teams to present competitive offers.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training for consultants and end users.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and report on specification activities.
