Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Design Firms Field Sales Representative II to drive specification opportunities with design firms and consultants in the Central Region. You will deliver technical guidance, position Schneider Electric solutions in project design phases, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and BU teams to secure approvals and convert specifications into opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in specification, consultant engagement, or business development within the electrical industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV and MV systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Integrated Building Technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, design firms, and key project stakeholders in the Central Region.
• Influence project specifications by providing technical guidance and solutions to consultants and specifiers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to identify opportunities and improve project conversion.
• Support sales teams in securing consultant approvals and ensuring Schneider Electric solutions are included in submittals and specifications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen market positioning.
• Drive early stakeholder engagement to increase specification wins and pipeline development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to position competitive technical and commercial offers.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training for consultants, designers, and end users.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and provide regular updates on specification activities.
