Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Saudi Arabia/Jeddah to lead HVAC field devices sales and partner management. You will develop the approved partner and OEM strategy, expand device portfolios, and drive market share while meeting sales quotas.

Role focuses on building a strong partner network, coordinating with back office teams, and delivering value through Siemens’ Buildings portfolio across key customers and consultants in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Market segmentation & customer targeting.
• Ability to identify trends and position resources.
• Digital demand generation.
• Price management.
• Customer platforming.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the Approved Partner Business / OEM Sales strategy for Saudi Arabia.
• Expanding the portfolio of HVAC field devices (valves & actuators, thermostats, damper actuators).
• Assess market and define partner‑strategy to increase market share for HVAC field devices & OEM portfolio.
• Ensure the department attains sales quotas while maintaining booking gross margin objectives.
• Acquire/develop Approved Partners & OEM for HVAC portfolio and increase share of wallet.
