Moyasar Financial Company in Riyadh seeks a Sales Manager to own our key enterprise and government relationships in Saudi Arabia. This senior individual contributor role will drive growth with credible engagement and a proven track record.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contracts, shaping strategies with product and marketing, and expanding Moyasar's footprint across the region. Arabic and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling fintech, SaaS, banking or payments with a proven record.
• Real relationships with decision-makers in large enterprises or government in KSA/GCC.
• Experience in long, complex deals and moving them to close.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; able to discuss payment gateways with a technical buyer.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract and onboarding.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with enterprise and government decision-makers.
• Identify and target new accounts that fit Moyasar’s payment solutions.
• Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to incorporate client feedback.
• Stay informed on Saudi payments landscape and competitive moves.
• Hit and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
