Moomoo Inc. is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will expand market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across the financial services sector.

You will own the full sales cycle, manage key stakeholders including banks, regulators, and enterprise clients, and coordinate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to tailor solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience in financial services.
• Strong existing network within the KSA financial sector is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Saudi regulatory framework (SAMA, CMA) and market dynamics.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Market Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the KSA financial services market, aligned with Vision 2030 growth priorities.
• Client Acquisition: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partners, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients.
• Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with partners, influencers/KOL, marketing affiliations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances that accelerate market entry and revenue growth.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and the regulatory environment (SAMA, CMA) to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Track, forecast, and report on business development performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets.
