Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth across Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact role responsible for winning strategic new business while expanding relationships with major financial institutions and enterprise customers.
The successful candidate will own complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature, working closely with senior stakeholders including C-level executives, compliance leaders, risk teams, and technology decision-makers. This role is ideally suited to an accomplished enterprise software sales professional with experience selling into the banking, payments, fintech, or financial crime compliance sectors.
In addition to delivering against ambitious revenue targets, the Senior Sales Manager will provide leadership within the regional sales team, sharing best practice, supporting junior colleagues, and helping shape the company's commercial growth strategy across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise business across banks, financial institutions, fintech organisations, and regulated enterprises throughout Saudi Arabia
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth within existing customers
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to commercial negotiation and contract execution
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and develop large, complex sales opportunities across multiple buying centres
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure high-value software and services agreements
- Manage RFI, RFP, and tender responses in collaboration with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
- Deliver compelling executive presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based sales engagements
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term success
- Accurately forecast revenue, maintain CRM discipline, and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and customer engagements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the payments and compliance landscape
- Mentor and support junior members of the sales organisation while contributing to the continued growth of the regional business
- Ensure compliance with all internal governance, security, and confidentiality policies
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 7+ years' successful enterprise software sales experience, ideally within fintech, payments, banking technology, AML, fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, or risk management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota within enterprise or strategic account sales
- Experience selling complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions to financial institutions
- Strong understanding of payments, compliance, AML, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and regulatory technology markets
- Experience engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers within banking and financial services
- Demonstrated success managing long, consultative enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent commercial negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working alongside technical pre-sales and solution consulting teams
- Experience operating within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- CAMS or other relevant financial crime certification would be advantageous but is not essential
- Fluent English and Arabic is essential
