Job summary

Mott MacDonald Group is seeking a Senior Document Controller in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to support the project delivery team. The role focuses on ensuring effective document management across the project lifecycle and timely issuance of information to enable successful project delivery.

Essential candidates will have a Diploma in Administration, hands-on ACONEX experience, and strong IT literacy (Word, Excel, Access).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Administration or related discipline is essential.
• Proven GCC region professional experience.
• Hands-on ACONEX experience.
• Strong IT literacy: Word, Excel, Access.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Arabic speaker with English communication.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project documents are reviewed and submitted on time.
• Manage document classification, filing, archiving and retrieval per procedures.
• Receive, register, scan and distribute incoming correspondence and docs.
• Maintain document processing turnaround times per project needs.
• Distribute engineering, contractor and vendor documents per procedures.
• Log, update and maintain RFIs.
• Support handover, close-out and archiving activities.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing and scanning.
