Job summary

Front End seeks a Business Development Director for Industrial Facilities in Saudi Arabia. The role owns market strategy, client acquisition, pipeline management, and capture leadership across six capability lines, with a focus on turning partner technologies into winning offers.

This senior, externally-facing position requires deep Saudi industrial market knowledge, fluent English, and proven ability to originate and close USD 20M+ contracts while managing key accounts and complex captures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; MBA a strong plus.
15+ years in industrial services or EPC/oil & gas with senior BD experience.
Proven origin/closing of USD 20M+ in Saudi market.
Deep relationships with Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden or Tier-1 EPCs a must.
Strong knowledge of prequalification and tender platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and execute go-to-market strategy across KSA industrial clients.
Build named-account plans with revenue targets, contacts, and capture timelines.
Maintain forward view of mega-projects and tender pipelines.
Lead capture strategy, pricing, partner selection, and risk mitigation.
Orchestrate cross-functional capture teams from ID to contract signature.
Drive client engagement to position Front End to win tenders.
Own bid governance: bid/no-bid, pricing approvals, and quality.
Collaborate with Operations/Engineering to differentiate proposals.
Forecast bookings and revenue, and deliver market intelligence.
