Confidential Company seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in Saudi Arabia's construction and infrastructure sectors. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead proposals from first contact to award, leveraging your deep market network and EPC exposure.

The role requires a strong track record in government and private-sector engagements, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex tender processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–20 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales or Commercial roles; minimum 10 years in construction infrastructure EPC or contracting.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction and infrastructure market; proven track record in securing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities in Saudi construction and infrastructure market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government, semi‑government, private sector organizations, developers, and project owners.
• Lead client meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions to secure projects.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Tendering, Technical, Commercial, Contracts, and Project teams for proposals and tenders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to build a strong pipeline.
