KBR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Commercial Director to lead cross‑functional commercial reporting, risk management and procurement controls across a major infrastructure programme. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will drive strategic commercial strategy and oversee post‑contract management for multiple projects.

The role requires MRICS/CIOB or equivalent, 20+ years’ experience in major civil projects, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
• MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 20 years post-graduation experience.
• Prior experience as Commercial Director.
• Experience with major civil & infrastructure projects and procurement/contract management.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and govern standard cost and commercial reporting formats for PMCs.
• Develop and maintain a database of Insurances, Guarantees, Warranties.
• Coordinate with PMCs to compile and validate analytical commercial data.
• Manage executive risk reporting and cost benchmarking.
• Prepare programme-wide cost reports and cash flow statements.
• Review procurement guidelines for BoQ and tender documents.
• Prepare and issue programme-wide project cash flow reports.
• Provide portfolio-wide risk management services for governance and assurance.
• Lead and direct contracts and other commercial support functions.
