Job summary

KBR Careers in Riyadh seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial reporting, control, and strategy for a major infrastructure programme. You will coordinate with PMCs and oversee pre- and post-contract activities to prevent cost overruns and schedule slippage.

The role requires MRICS/CIOB or equivalent, 15+ years in major civil projects, and fluency in English. You will drive project cost reporting, risk management, and governance across the programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
• 15+ years post-graduation experience in commercial management for major civil/infrastructure projects.
• MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience as Senior Commercial Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts (FIDIC/NEC), and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs to manage executive commercial reporting and strategy.
• Develop, approve, and maintain cost reports, cashflows, and risk reporting.
• Prepare programme-wide cost benchmarks, change control, and budget monitoring.
• Lead and direct contracts, risk, and support services to ensure timely commercial deliverables.
• Produce Commercial Reports throughout the project life cycle and support governance processes.
