Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager - Lead for a major Riyadh-based infrastructure programme. The role reports to the Commercial Director and focuses on coordinating with PMCs, commercial reporting, pre/post-contract management, and risk reporting.

Key responsibilities include developing cost reporting formats, maintaining insurances/warranties databases, and preparing programme-wide cost reports and cashflows. English fluency and MRICS/CIOB certification are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
  • 15+ years post-graduation experience.
  • MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience as Senior Commercial Manager in major civil/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management.
  • Proficient with MS Office and project management software.
  • Experience with international contracting mechanisms (FIDIC/NEC).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and govern standard cost and commercial reporting formats for PMCs.
  • Develop and maintain a database of insurances, guarantees and warranties.
  • Coordinate with PMCs to compile and validate analytical commercial data.
  • Manage executive risk reporting.
  • Prepare cost reports and cashflows in Unifier and integrate across platforms.
  • Review procurement guidelines and develop PMCs standards.
  • Prepare programme-wide consolidated cost reports and budgets.
  • Prepare and develop cost benchmarks and related templates.
