Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying is required.
• Minimum 15 years post-graduation experience is expected.
• MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent certification is required.
• Previous experience as Senior Commercial Manager is essential.
• Strong knowledge of major civil & infrastructure procurement & contract management is needed.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMCs for management of executive commercial reporting.
• Develop, implement, and govern standard cost and commercial reporting formats for PMCs.
• Prepare programme-wide consolidated cost reports and monthly cashflow reports.
• Review procurement guidelines for BoQ and tender documents; develop PMCs standards.
• Produce Commercial Reports throughout the project life cycle; manage risks and opportunities.
