Job summary

KBR Careers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project – Construction Director to provide PMO-level oversight across major civil infrastructure projects. You will guide pre- and post-contract activities, manage masterplanning, and lead reporting on cost, schedule, risk, and quality to prevent delays and overruns.

Strong leadership in a matrix PMO, with deep experience in planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in construction management engineering or architecture.
PMI-PMP, Professional Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in managing major civil, infrastructure and development programs.
At least 3 years as Project Director or Construction Director.

Responsibilities

Oversight at PMO level for pre and post contract award of projects.
Manage masterplan for executive commercial, planning and risk reporting.
Coordinate with PMCs to develop, implement and govern standard reporting formats.
Validate progress along pre and post contract stage gate process and baselines.
Prepare and validate project cost reports and budgets.
Support portfolio-wide risk management and governance across the program.
