• Collaborates with Cluster/Territory Team to align actions for accounts.
• Prepares calls plans with tailored messages for stakeholders.
• Responds to competitive threats and contributes to competitive intelligence.
• Meets customer expectations and resolves service issues promptly.
• Reports customer activity in CRM and maintains profiles.
• Uses Amgen's Performance 4 selling platform.
• Manages activities within POA budget and priorities.
• Attends training and leads cycle meetings.
• Demonstrates mastery of objection handling.
