Job summary

Leadout Capital in Saudi Arabia seeks an Alliances Senior Administrator to manage a network of system integrators, connect partners with Salesforce teams, and drive partner-derived ACV.

The role requires 3+ years in tech sales or channel management, a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Arabic and English, and a valid KSA visa. You will coordinate training, events, and certifications while enabling partners to enhance their implementation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in tech selling or channel management in software/SaaS/tech consulting or startup environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus (training provided).
• Fluency in Arabic and English; existing KSA visa required.

Responsibilities

• Drive an ACV number via partner pipeline within the network of system integrators.
• Act as the central bridge connecting external partners with internal Salesforce teams (Direct Sales, Business Development, Customer Success).
• Assist with logistics related to partner training, marketing events, and ensuring partners maintain correct certifications and pipeline tracking in our tools.
• Utilise internal tools to ensure partners increase certification numbers and implementation capabilities.
