Qualifications

• +8 years of experience in the enterprise software space as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven track record delivering solutions within Media and/or Telecommunications sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes via technology.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, with knowledge of AI like Agentforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document requirements, architectures, and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver outstanding customer success.

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). As a strategic delivery leader, the Senior Solution Architect shapes, scopes, and drives complex customer engagements to ensure long-term success. This role leads architectural strategy from initial scoping through full execution, ensuring mission-critical programs deliver measurable outcomes. They are accountable for architectural integrity and executive alignment, elevating solution quality while cultivating a high-performance team culture. As stewards of the Professional Services Methodology, they leverage cross-functional networks to enforce best practices, scale delivery excellence, and ensure consistency across engagements.

YOUR IMPACT

• Become a Domain Authority: Engage in our onboarding program and closely work with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver outstanding customer success.
• Bridge Business and Tech: Evaluate business and functional requirements at an executive level, translating business strategies into scalable process designs and solution architecture.
• AI & Agentforce Innovation: Champion the use of AI tools and Salesforce's Agentforce platform to automate workflows, optimize business processes, and deliver next-generation customer experiences.
• Solution Design & Prototyping: Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and sample mockups to elicit and define complex business requirements.
• Agile Delivery: Craft and own user stories and solution specifications, detailing them in agile sprints for the technical team to execute.
• Best Practices Guidance: Provide guidance on Salesforce Platform capabilities, functional solution architecture, environment management, and testing (UAT).
• Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with key stakeholders, negotiating solutions to complex strategic and technical problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: +8 years of experience in the enterprise software space as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Industry Expertise: Proven track record of success delivering solutions within the Media and/or Telecommunications sector.
• Process Optimization: Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes via technology.
• AI Integration Experience: Experience utilizing AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, with a strong understanding of how AI (such as Agentforce or similar technologies) can be leveraged to transform business operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly document requirements, architectures, and process flows using diagrams and functional models.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (Proficiency in Arabic is preferred for the Saudi Arabia / MENA market)
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed Agile/Scrum team.
• Mobility: Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce Expertise: Active Salesforce Certifications and deep hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform declarative capabilities.
• Revenue Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, EPC) or Communications Cloud is highly desirable.
• Methodology: Knowledge of design thinking processes and tools, and experience working as a Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
• Consulting Experience: Experience working in a senior consulting role with matrixed teams at a top-tier consultancy or global system integrator.
