Qualifications

• Eight+ years in enterprise software as Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering solutions in Media/Telecommunications sectors.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes via technology.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to improve productivity (Agentforce or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; document requirements, architectures, and process flows.
