Job summary

Khatib & Alami International in Riyadh seeks an HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, architecture and corporate roles. You will drive sourcing, assessments, offers and onboarding while building pipelines of qualified Saudi talent.

The role emphasizes employer branding, partnerships with universities, and recruitment marketing to strengthen the firm’s position as an employer of choice in the Kingdom. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, preferably within engineering consultancy, construction or infrastructure.
• Proven success attracting Saudi nationals and building sustainable pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization and related processes for work permits and visas.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and timelines.
• Source and engage qualified Saudi nationals via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, university partnerships and talent communities.
• Build proactive talent pools for current and anticipated hiring needs, focusing on priority technical disciplines.
