Job summary

International Industrial Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and senior management positions within an international industrial group in the aluminum sector.

The candidate will drive proactive sourcing, screen candidates, negotiate offers, and monitor KPIs while handling high-volume recruitment drives and events in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven background recruiting for Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing environments.
• Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles.
• Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment metrics, ATS software, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management positions.
• Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases.
• Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters.
• Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Pipeline Status).
• Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.
