Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or related field.
• 3 years of channel management experience in a distributor or vendor.
• Technical networking knowledge; cloud/AI/security knowledge appreciated.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy Alignment: align channel plans with regional sales goals.
• Channel Development Plan: manage territory partner onboarding and maturation.
• Partner Relationship Management: build trusted advisor relationships with partners.
• Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: identify gaps and onboard new partners.
• Pipeline and Forecast Management: drive opportunities in SFDC/Clari.
• Enablement and Training: organize updates and events for partners.
• Marketing planning: coordinate with partners’ marketing teams.
• Program Compliance: ensure adherence to Extreme Programs.
