Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental management on major construction projects in Riyadh. The role requires developing and implementing project-specific HSE programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and client requirements, and driving continuous safety performance.

You will lead inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and training, while promoting a positive HSE culture across project teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of HSE management experience on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and environmental management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE program management and implementation across projects.
• Develop site-specific HSE plans, procedures and risk controls.
• Ensure compliance with Parsons Environmental, Safety, Health and Risk Program and client requirements.
• Lead safety training and toolbox talks; promote a strong HSE culture.
