Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Site HSE Manager to oversee health, safety and environmental aspects on a major construction supervision project in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of safety specialists, drive incident investigations, and ensure compliance with project codes and standards.

This role requires a BSc or MSc in health and safety, 10+ years of field HSE experience, and NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA certification. You will chair safety meetings, mentor staff, and contribute to periodic reports.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSc or MSc in health and safety or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience with supervisory duties.
• NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA certification is required.
• Advanced HSSEQ knowledge and incident investigation skills.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and lessons learned processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to periodic safety reports.
• Audit contractor safety compliance on site.
• Mentor and lead a team of safety specialists.
• Review contractor documentation for compliance with project and code requirements.
• Conduct daily site walks with contractors.
• Chair H&S meetings and workshops.
