Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Consumer Engagement lead to own Arabic copy, CRM and campaign language across apps, emails and push notifications. You will work with Snacks and Beverages brand teams and liaise with our Cairo colleagues to ensure campaigns resonate with Saudi consumers.

Plan end-to-end campaigns, manage budgets, mentor trainees, and grow partnerships in a role that shapes how PepsiCo sounds in KSA and delivers engaging customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in consumer engagement, CRM or brand marketing in FMCG or related sectors.
• Excellent Arabic writing skills with professional English; Saudi market instinct.
• Hands-on CRM platform experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Proven end-to-end campaign ownership from brief to results.
• Strong numerical fluency and ability to read dashboards and optimize.
• Organised with ability to manage budgets and vendor follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison between KSA brand teams and Cairo Consumer Engagement.
• Plan and run brand campaigns end to end; brief partners and launch.
• Contribute to quarterly plans and reviews; support media planning and influencers.
• Own the language, tone, and copy across app, push, email; maintain VO guidelines.
• Plan creative work, brief designers, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Consolidate content calendars across brands and channels.
• Grow loyalty ecosystem, manage relationships with partners, track budgets.
• Mentor interns and build a strong consumer engagement bench in KSA.
