Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years experience, ideally in top FMCG or consulting, in sales, channel management, planning or analytics.
• University degree required; English fluency expected.
• Experience in execution development and implementation.
• Ability to translate business plans into volume and revenue figures.
• Strong data analysis ability across multiple sources.
• Proven leadership, influencing skills at senior levels.
• Excellent oral and written presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP) and Joint Business Planning (JBP) with partners.
• Develop commercial strategies for pricing, promotions, assortment, distribution and visibility.
• Oversee Modern Trade P&L to drive volume, revenue and profitability.
• Negotiate CDAs and annual terms to maximize ROI.
• Strengthen partnerships with Saudi retailers through executive engagement.
• Drive Perfect Store standards and in-store activation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated plans.
• Utilize shopper insights and retail analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Advance digital commerce strategies for retailer platforms.
• Build capability with scorecards and execution routines across Modern Trade.
