Job summary

PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia is seeking a results-driven Sales Analytics Specialist to support the field sales team with data-driven insights. You will generate sales performance reports, track KPIs, and develop GTM tools to optimize channel ROI.

Collaborating with Marketing, HR and Finance, you’ll translate data into actionable recommendations, maintain existing reporting and design new dashboards, and help ensure daily activities align with PepsiCo’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree from an accredited university.
• Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights clearly.
• Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels and build relationship with key stakeholders including Marketing, IA, HR and Finance.
• 3-4 years’ experience in field.

Responsibilities

• Implementing GTM solutions, track the sales KPIs and propose the actions.
• Working in the field with sales representatives to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support ATU/Training Agenda programs.
• Maintaining existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed.
• Participates in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a decision-support tools.
• Acting as primary liaison on sales force automation projects/trends.
• Keeping the sales force in check tactically.
• Making sure everyday tasks are aligned with the company strategy.
• Track trade offer activities implementation by channel and region and propose changes to increase ROI.
