You will collaborate with Cairo teams and mentor 1–2 trainees, shaping campaigns for snacks and beverages while aligning with regional digital partners. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in consumer engagement or brand marketing, native Arabic, strong English, and hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in consumer engagement, CRM or brand marketing.
• Native or near-native Arabic with strong English.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Track record of end-to-end campaigns with creative, media or digital partners.
• Comfort with numbers and campaign dashboards; strong Excel skills.
• Strong organisation across budgets, POs and vendor follow-ups.
• A collaborative communicator who can influence across teams.

Aufgaben

• Bridge KSA brand and Consumer Engagement teams; turn priorities into briefs.
• Plan and run campaigns end-to-end and report results.
• Contribute to quarterly plans and optimization of channels.
• Support media planning and manage influencer collaborations.
• Own tone of voice across app, notifications, emails, and in‑app content.
• Write Arabic-first copy while keeping English where needed.
• Coordinate content calendar across brands and channels.
• Manage CRM content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Monitor performance and derive optimization ideas.
