Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a NOC Engineer to monitor signaling pathways, routing behavior, SIM flows, and OSS hooks affecting satellite services. You will work across core networks, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with partner NOCs to ensure service quality.

The role requires 2–5 years in NOC operations, strong analytical skills, and hands-on exposure to multi-vendor environments. Shift-based schedules and proactive incident management are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in NOC operations, telecom monitoring, satellite operations, or core-network support.
• Experience with signaling flows, routing tables, authentication paths, or mobile-core elements.
• Hands-on exposure to multi-vendor NOC operations, incident workflows, and partner escalations.
• Familiarity with OSS/NMS tools, alarms, KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring platforms.
• Basic scripting and Linux troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor signaling pathways, routing behavior, SIM flows, OSS hooks, and cross-core interactions impacting satellite service.
• Analyze logs, traces, and event correlations across network elements.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with partner NOCs and internal teams.
• Maintain disciplined documentation and incident tracking.
