Job summary

DS DeepSource is seeking an experienced NOC Support Services Engineer to monitor and support enterprise IT infrastructure within a NOC environment. You will handle system monitoring, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to ensuring high availability of IT services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and a minimum of two years in IT support, NOC operations, or infrastructure support. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• +2 years of experience in IT Support, NOC Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Experience monitoring enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and system issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, servers, networks, and IT services.
• Perform proactive monitoring and respond to system alerts and incidents.
• Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system issues.
• Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate technical teams.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure system availability and service continuity.
• Maintain operational documentation and daily health check reports.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
