Job summary

CSG International seeks a capable operations engineer to monitor Mobily platform health, respond to alarms, and perform initial troubleshooting. You will coordinate escalations, track issues to closure, and support NOC and customer teams across shifts.

Responsibilities include log gathering, incident management, stakeholder updates, and contributing to SLA reporting and improvement of procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom or enterprise IT operations and production support.
• Knowledge of incident management, severity assessment, escalation and SLA tracking.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix troubleshooting and basic SQL/database concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring dashboards and KPI analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with application, database, NOC and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health of applications and infrastructure; respond to alarms and incidents.
• Log incidents, coordinate escalations, and track through resolution.
• Provide status updates and closure documentation to stakeholders.
• Support planned production activities and shift-based coverage.
• Contribute to SLA reporting and continuous improvement of monitoring and support procedures.
