People, Jobs, and News is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Jeddah (KSA) to lead sales forecasting and client relations for the bakery/FMCG sector. The role involves negotiating deals, preparing sales analyses, and coordinating with ICT to ensure timely order delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration. A strong understanding of retail strategies and customer service excellence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in bakery/FMCG preferred (KSA).
• Knowledge in retail sales strategies and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
• Meet with key clients, maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing volumes and growth opportunities.
• Analyze and control expenditures of Retail Sales to meet budget requirements.
• Reduce customer complaints and coordinate delivery with retail and ICT teams.
• Manage sales contracts and proposals in line with company policies.
• Coordinate communications between Sales teams and ICT department.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• 1- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business administration or any related field.
• 2- 3-6 years of experience in a related field – bakery/ FMCG experience is preferred (KSA
