Responsibilities

• Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
• Meeting with key clients, assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Analyzing and controlling expenditures of Retail Sales in the region to conform to Sales budget requirements.
• Reducing the customer complaints to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction; managing communication between Retail sales and various organizational entities to estimate date of delivery to customer.
• Managing sales contracts and proposals preparation in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Managing the communication between Sales teams and the ICT department regarding the HHT matters.

1- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business administration or any related field.

2- 3-6 years of experience in a related field – bakery/ FMCG experience is preferred (KSA

4- Professional knowledge in sales tools, techniques and forecasting.
