People, Jobs, and News in KSA seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead forecasting, client engagement, and regional retail sales profitability. You will guide the sales team, negotiate with key accounts, and prepare performance reports to identify growth opportunities across the region.

The role requires 2-6 years in related FMCG/bakery sectors in KSA, a marketing/business degree, and strong forecast and contract skills. A company car, flight eligibility and insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration or related field.
• 2-3 to 6 years of experience in related field; bakery/FMCG in KSA preferred.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals.
• Meeting with key clients, supporting sales teams in relationships and closing deals.
• Preparing periodic sales reports showing volumes, potential sales and expansion areas.
• Analyzing and controlling expenditures of Retail Sales to conform to budget.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and coordinating delivery timelines with stakeholders.
• Managing sales contracts and proposals in line with policies.
• Coordinating with ICT on HHT devices and reports for sales teams.
• Administering routes, planning and merging routes and closing unprofitable ones.
• Supervising stores and depots and visiting sites to analyze performance.
• Monitoring vehicle appearance and cleanliness per policies.
